Beautiful girls fade

I have seen beautiful girls fade,
Like petals drifting in the wind,
Their laughter and smiles, a fleeting shade,
A moment's grace, a journey's end.
Once radiant, like the morning sun,
Glowing with life, a vibrant hue,
But time is cruel, it spares no one,
The bloom of youth does subdue.
Their faces were etched with lines of sorrow,
Their eyes that sparkled, now grown dim,
The beauty of today, tomorrow, Mere memories, a distant hymn.
Yet, in their hearts, a fire remains,
A pearl of wisdom earned through love and strife,
Though outer beauty wanes and strains,
A deeper grace comes to life.
For beauty's truth lies not in the skin,
But in the strength, the soul within,
So, let the beautiful girls fade,
Their inner light shall not be swayed.
