A SHARED DREAM EQUALS SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

A dream is a vision of what you want to be in the future. It takes time to achieve your dreams. The bigger your dreams, the more you will have to work towards their fulfillment.
Many people don't achieve their dreams because they are left asleep and inactive. They have a mentality of surprising people - let me work on my dream alone until it comes to fruition and everyone will be surprised. If I let anyone else know about it, they may stop me from achieving it because there are many haters out there. This is the wrong mindset. No one can deny you what is meant to be yours. The worst they can do is delay you. As the one with the dream, you have alternative means of pursuing it.
Sharing your vision or dream with others is crucial. You may have the most brilliant plan or idea in the world but you need other people's insight and help to execute it. Your stagnation does not mean your dream is not achievable. There may merely be something small missing which a fresh perspective from someone else can help you see. Other people bring new ideas which you didn't or would never have thought of.
What if I share my idea and someone steals it? Yes, it is possible. The key is not to share your dream with anyone you find. Trust is important and trust can't exist without friendship. Ask yourself what may be keeping you from executing your vision and then select people to share it with according to your needs. If lack of finances is the major reason why you are unable to achieve your dream, it makes no sense to seek the help of people whose financial position is even worse than yours.
Share your dream with people who are in a position to help you in some way. It's also better to bring on board people who are interested in the field you are in because they can easily be convinced to do whatever is needed to reach the goal. Don't worry about how much you are going to lose when it goes through and then you have to share the proceeds with these people instead of enjoying them all by yourself. Greed is an enemy of great success.
Nothing succeeds like success. Once you achieve your dream, it will open up many other opportunities that you may not even see at this point. Do all that you have to do in order to achieve that dream. It will act as a springboard for even greater achievements.
When you are sharing your dream with someone whose input you consider important, don't present yourself as the sole benefit. No one wants to put his brains and energy into something that will not profit them. Get them to own the vision by making it clear that you will share the rewards of the venture with them.
You may have a very good dream but when you share it with someone else, it is modified into an even better one. Two brilliant heads are always better than one.
